Practicing  yoga in the water helps to contribute to muscle development, increasing  strength and stability. It is ideal for those dealing with arthritis  and recovering from injuries as practicing in the water reduces the  impact on joints. The hydrostatic pressure of water helps muscles to  relax, allowing for deep stretches and improving range of motion.

Water invigorates the body & when combined with yoga, can create a sense of harmony.

Yoga is a practice accessible to everyone. In this class, we’ll focus on  keeping the body open, strong, and in balance through a more gentle  approach. A combination of gentle and energizing movements geared towards beginner as well as experienced students.


We'll flow through the sequence, while looking inward. Depending on the class, additional yogic practices to awaken our collective consciousness will be shared. These practices could include mantra call and response, singing, pranayama (breathwork), yoga nidra, dhyana (meditation), nada yoga (sound), and mudras.

Explore the 5 Element Flow amongst the 5 Elements. (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal) Classes held in a secluded glen by the creek. 


  • As the sun sets over the valley, Lynda, will guide a 60 minute yoga class for all levels in an EMYoga Flow.


  • Yoga for all levels: Integrating Energy Medicine and yoga to amplify the benefits of your yoga practice without increasing the time devoted to it.  For beginners and experts alike; EMYoga fits into any yoga style.  

 

  • Students can also enjoy the pools for a short time during pool season (pool area closes 8pm) 
  • Please bring your mat, water and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bathing suit and towel if using pools after class.

Energy Medicine Yoga is an integrative yoga practice accessible  to students of all levels. The practice includes asana poses, breathwork, meditation and Energy Medicine techniques such as  acupressure holds, Neurolymphatic Reflex self-massage (a unique and  powerful way of working with and clearing your lymphatic system), and  energy channel clearings. 


EMYoga will help unlock the language of your  body to amplify your healing power – mind, body, and spirit. The result  is a deep love, appreciation and acceptance of yourself just as you are  now, as you continue on a path toward your best self. It is yoga . . .  electrified!
