Sunset Yoga & Wine

Explore the 5 Element Flow amongst the 5 Elements. (Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal) Classes held in a secluded glen by the creek. 


  • Tuesday, August 20, 27 and September 3, 10. 7pm 


  • As the sun sets over the valley, Lynda Holtschneider, will guide a 60 minute yoga class for all levels in an EMYoga Flow.


  • Yoga for all levels: Energy  Medicine Yoga which  integrates Energy Medicine and yoga to amplify the benefits of your yoga practice without increasing the time devoted to it.  For beginners and experts alike; EMYoga fits into any yoga style.  


  • Some mats available for use at no charge. Please bring water and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.


  • Bring your own wine and stay after class for some conversation. 


  • Membership not required.

Poolside Yoga

Session's compete for the season. Please visit again in the Spring for 2020 offering.


                       For all 4 sessions- other options available.

  • Student can then use the Clubs 5 pools for the rest of the day.
  • Student can also bring up to 10 guests at $10/person (no matter what age) to enjoy the pools. 
  • Cash only (for guests), paid at the gate.

Energy Medicine Yoga

EMYoga

Energy Medicine Yoga is an integrative yoga practice accessible  to students of all levels. The practice includes asana poses,  breathwork, meditation and Energy Medicine techniques such as  acupressure holds, Neurolymphatic Reflex self-massage (a unique and  powerful way of working with and clearing your lymphatic system), and  energy channel clearings. 


EMYoga will help unlock the language of your  body to amplify your healing power – mind, body, and spirit. The result  is a deep love, appreciation and acceptance of yourself just as you are  now, as you continue on a path toward your best self. It is yoga . . .  electrified! 

About The Instructor

Lynda Holtschneider, Pura Vida Yoga

Lynda is an E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 , YACEP with Yoga Alliance, Energy Medicine Yoga, LoveYourBrain, TCYT (Trauma Centered Yoga Teacher), Gentle Aerial Yoga Teacher, and Integrative Wellness Coach. 


Additional training includes:  

  • Yoga for Arthritis & Fascia
  • Trauma Sensitive Yoga based on David Emerson & Dr. Bessel van der Kolk's extensive studies
  • Transformation Through Post-Tramatic Growth
  • NLP & EFT
  • Ayurvedic studies (including a 14 day immersion at The Raj)
  • Tots to Teens Yoga

Lynda also teaches Chair Yoga.


Lynda recently lead the first LoveYourBrain Yoga FUNdamentals in MD. 

A 6 week yoga program specifically designed for those who experienced a traumatic brain injury and their caregivers. 


Lynda is currently studying with Lauren Walker to become

 a Master Teacher of EMYoga
