Club Rules & Regulations

GENERAL RULES:

  • NO GLASS or CRABS
  • NO pets (we have plenty of animals here already).
  • Smoking & vaping are ONLY allowed on the Smokers Deck below the main parking lot.  
  • Pine Valley is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property of its’ members, their guests, or others who may have access to use the facilities. The Club is not responsible for injury to it’s’ members, their guests, or others who may have access to use the facilities for any reason. Members are responsible for any damage to Club property caused by the Member or its’ guests. 
  • Parents are responsible for the conduct of their children at all times. 
  • Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult 
  • All injuries must be reported to Club Management or Lifeguard on duty at the time of occurrence. 
  • All Guests must be with a member, be registered and have signed the guest waiver.
  • Management reserves the right to ask any person (s) to leave Club property for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with Club Rules and Regulations. If your presence at the Club is a danger to yourself or anyone else. And for any other reason deemed appropriate to ensure the comfort and safety of others. 
  • Memberships will become active when the following are received: 

  1. Completed Registration including any additional requested information 
  2. Payment in full for membership 
  3. Current photos of ALL people included on your membership.
  4. Those wishing to utilize pickleball, tennis or platform tennis courts must be registered in our private network. (GlobalPickleballNetwork (GPN) / GlobalTennisNetwork (GTN) )

Pickleball

  • Members must be properly registered in our private network on the GPN.
  • Members and guests are expected to wear proper attire at the Club. Only those persons wearing attire and appropriate footwear are allowed on the courts.  
  • Members are required to register for events or court reservation in advance by using the the GPN.
  • All Guests must be registered. Each guest must be registered in advance and appropriate guest fee paid. Signature, Full Club and Racket members can use their Deluxe Guest Pass if they have one. Each guest limited to 5 visits per calendar year.
  • Signature, Full Club & Racket Members may use the tennis, platform or pickleball courts for recreational play when there are no leagues or lessons. Courts can be reserved online using the appropriate private network. 
  • Club leagues, lessons and tournaments have priority over pick up play. Courts will be reserved by the Club or Team Captain.
  • Members who wish to get involved in organized leagues, can sign up online.
  • Pickleball paddles are available to rent for $5 per person per use and can be reserved by emailing info@pinevalley.club Office hours are by appointment only. Please return the paddle at the end of your playing time.  

TENNIS/PLATFORM TENNIS

  • Members must be properly registered in our Court Reserve network.
  • Members and guests are expected to wear proper attire at the Club. Only those persons wearing tennis / platform tennis attire are allowed on the courts.  
  • All Guests must be registered. Members with Deluxe Guest Pass can indicate using on guest sign in sheet. (During Pool Season, Signature and Full Club Members can register & pay for guests at the pool gate). Each guest is limited to 5 visits per calendar year.
  • Signature, Full Club & Racket Members may use the tennis, platform or pickleball courts for recreational play when there are no leagues or lessons. Courts available on a first come, first serve basis and must be reserved online through Court Reserve.

Padel

  • Players must be properly registered in our Court Reserve network.
  • Members and guests are expected to wear proper attire at the Club. Only those persons wearing tennis / padel attire are allowed on the courts.  
  • All Guests must be registered. Members with Deluxe Guest Pass can indicate using on guest sign in sheet. (During Pool Season, Signature and Full Club Members can register & pay for guests at the pool gate). 
  • Signature, Full Club & Racket Members may use the tennis, platform or pickleball courts for recreational play when there are no leagues or lessons. Courts available on a first come, first serve basis and must be reserved online through your Court Reserve account.
  • Club league, lessons and tournaments have priority over pick up play.
  •  Those who wish to get involved in organized leagues, can signup online or email info@pinevalley.club
  • Padel paddles are available to rent for $5 - $20 per person per use. Please return the paddle at the end of your playing time.  
  • No children on the courts unless playing with / supervised by an adult, unless at least 16 years of age.
  • Padel guest would register as a non-member and pay the appropriate court fee. No additional guest fee required. Padel non-member players do not require a member to reserve court time and are not restricted to number of times they can play per calendar year. Anyone coming as a guest not in Court Reserve can be listed as guest and paid for by the player reserving the court. Please include their first & last name as well as phone# in the reservation.

POOL AREA

  • Lifeguards are present to enforce rules, insure the safety of the swimmers and administer first aid. THEY ARE NOT PRESENT TO ACT AS BABYSITTERS.  
  • Diving into shallow water is very dangerous. The deepest pool at the Club is 5’; therefore, diving is strictly prohibited. Anyone not adhering to this rule will be asked to leave.  
  • Persons unable to swim are required to wear life preservers while in the pool or stay in areas where they can stand on their own. Swimmers are allowed to wear a life jacket. “Water Wings / Swimmies” are ok, but the child must remain in the shallow end of the pool.
  • Lifeguards reserve the right to test a swimmers’ ability before allowing them to swim in the deep end of the pool. 
  • No inner tubes or rafts, except on Tube Night, in the main pool.
  • No one is allowed in the pool unless a Lifeguard is at his or her station.  
  • No running on hard surfaces or deck areas.  
  • No food or drink is permitted in the pools, on pool edge or within 5' of pool. Exception, you may have drinks in & around the Relaxing pool. 
  • No crabs in the pool area.  They are allowed outside of the pool area though, as long as you bag all discarded shells and put in trash dumpster.
  • Members and guests are expected to wear proper attire. Only persons wearing bathing suits are allowed in the pools.  
  • All guests must be registered at the gate upon arrival. Member must remain at club entire time guest is on the property. No limit to number of visits for pool guests. However, there is a daily maximum for each membership. See Guest Info.

Main Pool

 Pool depth is approximately 3’ – 5’. 

  1. Children must be fully potty trained to be in this pool. Absolutely no children in diapers, swim diapers, or plastic pants allowed. You will be asked to remove your child from the pool. ABSOLUTELY NO “DIAPER DIPPING”. Children who are not potty trained are not in any way allowed within this pool. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  2. There will be an “adult swim” called at quarter of the hour for 15 minutes. It is at the lifeguards discretion to either shorten adult swim, or call an “all boy or all girl” swim.
  3. No throwing toys, balls, etc. during adult swim or when the pool is crowded. Items must be soft to avoid injury to others.


Gator Pool

This is an activity pool. The Gator Pool is not for “swimming”. The goal is to get across the alligators without falling in the pool. Pool depth is approximately 3'. 


  1. You must be able to reach the cargo net, unassisted to use this pool. (Approximately 4’) No running on deck or horse playing while standing in line. Do not “hang” on cargo net while standing in line.
  2. One person per lily pad and 3 people on each gator is permitted at a time. When there is a line of guests waiting to use the Gator Pool, please keep moving forward. Otherwise, the lifeguard may ask you to “drop” and exit the pool. 
  3. The line should always move from the end by the water slide to the end facing the walk way. 
  4. No excessive horseplay on the “gator walk”. If people are too rough with the gators and lily pads, they could pull their anchors from the pool bottom. The pool would then be closed for the rest of the season, as this would be a costly and time-consuming repair. 
  5. Once you have fallen into the water, exit immediately on the side you have fallen.    
  6. No one is allowed on the “gator walk” or in the pool unless a Lifeguard is at his or her station.  


Frog Pool

 Pool depth is approximately 12”. Children who are NOT fully potty trained MUST wear a swim diaper

 

  • The pool is intended for children ages 5 and under and their parents. Older children may enter the pool as long as they are not interfering with the comfort of the other children or horse playing.
  • Parents are responsible for the supervision and safety of their child while in this area. 
  • No kick boards, floats or tubes on the Frog Slide. 
  • Only one rider at a time on the Frog Slide. The rider must be clear of the “blue mat” before the next rider may go down the slide. The rider must go down feet first, sitting on their butt.
  • No food or eating allowed in the pool.
  • Do not allow children to stick their hands in the skimmer, as an injury may result.
  • Please do not allow children to bring sand from the Tot Lot into the pool or take water from the pool to the Tot Lot.  


Relaxing / Adult Pool

The relaxing pool is intended for people aged 18 and older. Pool depth is approximately 3'.

Children are not allowed pass the tan line on the pool deck in front of the relaxing pool. 


  • Elderly persons, pregnant women, and those with health conditions requiring medical care should consult with a physician before entering pool. 
  • Long exposure may result in nausea, dizziness, or fainting. 
  • No one under the age of 18 allowed in pool, whether accompanied by an adult or not. 
  • The lifeguards DO NOT have authority to authorize any exceptions.  


Water Slide

The pool depth is approximately 3’

  1. You must be as tall as the bottom of the penguin's beak to ride.
  2. Slide is not intended for small children.
  3. Lifeguards and Attendants do not have the authority to allow those below the minimum height requirement to ride. 
  4. Clothes with rivets, buckles, metal or watches are not permitted. 
  5. Do not ride if you have neck, back, or heart problems or other physical limitations, or under the influence of alcohol or drugs. 
  6. Expectant mothers may not ride. 
  7. Only one person at a time is permitted on each landing of the staircase.
  8. No standing (lining up) on the stairs.
  9. Do not enter the launch area / start down the slide until the Attendant has instructed you to do so.
  10. No one shall be permitted to start from a kneeling or head first position. 
  11. Riders must lay on their backs, (Suggested added technique: with arms folded on their chests and legs crossed at ankles.)
  12. You must start by sitting in the tub and pushing forward with your arms.
  13. Riders cannot run and swing/jump into the slide. 
  14. Slide feet first only. Only 1 person on the slide at a time.
  15. CAUTION! The surface of ride is slippery. (Do not stand up at anytime.) 
  16. Exit pool immediately.
  17. Horseplay or dare-devil stunts are not permitted.
  18. Obey the commands of the Lifeguards and Attendants at all times.
  19. Do not attempt to slow yourself by holding onto the side walls.
  20. NO one is allowed to be in the landing pool when someone is coming down the slide.
  21. Failure to abide by these rules may result in injury to yourself or others or you can be prohibited from riding. 
  22. No one is allowed on the slide or in the pool unless a Lifeguard and an Attendant are at his or her station.
