Monday's 11am 60 minutes
An integrative practice designed as a LoveYourBrain® friendly class is accessible to students of all levels & includes asana poses, breathwork, meditation & Energy Medicine techniques such as acupressure holds, Neurolymphatic Reflex self massage and energy channel clearings.
EMYoga will help unlock the language of your body to amplify your healing power. The result is a deep love, appreciation and acceptance of yourself just as you are now, as you continue on your wellness journey.
Monday's 6pm
A unique combination of traditional yoga poses, energy medicine yoga and principles of strength training with small hand weights in a vinyasa flow.
A dynamic class that will get your heart rate up, challenge your strength, endurance & cardiovascular thresholds.
You will leave feeling stronger, refreshed & uplifted as the extra time allows for a longer savasana complete with optional essential oil therapy.

Wednesday's at 10am 60 minutes
Chair yoga offers you the ability to improve your health through an amazing form of adaptive exercise. You are supported by a chair so you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years. Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being.
Wednesday's 6pm 60 minutes
A completely integrated practice, combining a strong*, heating, ‘Yang’ vinyasa flow with the quiet, cooling ‘Yin’ aspects of relaxing restorative poses. Yin postures are held longer (typically up to 5 minutes) to cultivate a meditative mindset and deeper physical opening. Preparing you for a guided meditation during savasana.
Thursday's at 11am 60 minutes
Therapeutic Thursday's offer you the ability to improve your health through an array of adaptive exercises and techniques using therapeutic props to improve circulation, reduce inflammation, ease pain and help bring balance to mind and body by delving deeper than just physical movement, into the subtle body energy systems, including lymphatic system, endocrine, and with breath work.
Each week will offer a different focus on how you can receive yoga’s healing and restorative benefits that have been known for thousands of years.
Yoga relaxes your body and mind, improves your musculoskeletal fitness and flexibility, and elevates your overall health and well-being.
Truly an all levels class that allows you to start from where you are and go from there. The room even has easy access with no stairs to climb.

Energy Medicine Yoga is an integrative yoga practice accessible to students of all levels. The practice includes asana poses, breathwork, meditation and Energy Medicine techniques such as acupressure holds, Neurolymphatic Reflex self-massage (a unique and powerful way of working with and clearing your lymphatic system), and energy channel clearings.
EMYoga will help unlock the language of your body to amplify your healing power – mind, body, and spirit. The result is a deep love, appreciation and acceptance of yourself just as you are now, as you continue on a path toward your best self. It is yoga . . . electrified!
Lynda is an E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500 , YACEP, Energy Medicine Yoga, LoveYourBrain, TCYT (Trauma Centered Yoga Teacher), Gentle Aerial Yoga Teacher, and Integrative Wellness Coach.
Additional training includes:
Lynda lead the first LoveYourBrain Yoga FUNdamentals in MD and is now a certified Level 2 Facilitator.
LoveYourBrain is 6 week yoga program specifically designed for those who experienced a traumatic brain injury and their caregivers.
Lynda is currently studying with Lauren Walker to become
a Master Teacher of EMYoga
