A Typical Day at Camp:

  • 7:15am - 8:55am Before Care: playgrounds, boardgames.
  • 9:00am - Camp starts - Swim Meets
  • 10:00am - Morning Snack Time (Bring your own or purchase meal plan.)
  • 10:30am - Drills: Soccer, Tennis, Fitness
  • 11:30am - Playground/Dodge Ball/4 square
  • Noon - Lunch (Bring your own or purchase meal plan.)
  • 12:45pm - Tennis / Pickleball / Platform Tennis games
  • 2pm - Team Sport
  • 3pm - Free Swim
  • 4pm - Camp ends: Pick Up Begins
  • 4pm to 6pm - After Care: playgrounds, board games, ping pong

* Team sports include soccer,  football (1 hand touch), wiffleball, kickball, capture the flag and more.

* Campers will have random drawing,  making tye-dye clothes, clay mining & sculpting plus other random arts & crafts /nature/drama activities.

Register

Camp  Fee is determined by when the registered weeks are paid in full.

Weeks  added later will be billed at the prevailing rate. If you wish to reserve weeks now, but not pay in full, complete online registration and pay $50 non-refundable deposit/week. Weeks will be reserved but payment must be made in full no later than June 1st.

Dates: June 17 - August 16,  Monday - Friday

Camp Hours: 9am-4pm

Ages 6-13

Before & after care available for purchase from 7:15am-9am and 4pm-6pm.


  • Session 1 runs June 17 - July 12
  • Session 2 runs July 22 - Aug 16
  • May attend individual weeks
  • No camp, 4th of July or July 15-19


Camper Family Weekday Pool Passes included if you sign up for both Sessions.

Lunch & Snacks are provided if you sign up for a full 4-week session. 

Otherwise, Campers may purchase lunch and snacks at our Snack Shack or they may bring their own. Campers bringing their own lunch and/or snacks must pack them in an insulated cooler with an ice pack kept in the Campers backpack. Campers can refill their water bottles throughout the day at stations provided

Price per week.   $294

  • Non Pine Valley Member Fee $25/week
  • Before Care 7:15am-9am $20/week, after June 1st $25
  • After Care 4pm-6pm $20/week, after June 1st $25
  • Meal Plan $35/week (lunch & 2 snacks per day)
  • Meal Plan is included if you sign up for a complete 4 week session
  • Camper Family Weekday Pool Passes included if you sign up for both sessions


A $50 Non-Refundable Deposit per week is included in above rates.

Cancellation Policy

By  March 1: You may cancel any week without a fee, forfeiture of deposit or camp fee, if notice is received by email on or before March 1. If all weeks cancelled, a full refund will be issued  at time  of cancellation.


From March 2 - June 1: Cancellations must be received by email and only the deposit fee will be forfeited. Camp Fee credit will be applied and can be used for  future goods and services. Refund requests must be received by email and will be issued in September.


After June 1: No refunds will be granted, but you will earn a credit (minus deposit fee) that can be used for future goods and services.


All  payments, paperwork, notices of cancellation, etc. are to be directed  to the main office only or emailed -  Do not give to camp staff.

Switching Weeks

Before  March 1:  You may switch any week without a fee. Email request to info@pinevalley.club. Please specify week cancelling and week you wish to add. You will be notified after request is processed. Openings filled on first come, first serve basis.


After March 1:  There is a $10  administrative fee each time you switch weeks. Openings are filled on a first come, first served basis. Request must be received by email and fee paid in advance. You'll be notified once your request has been approved. 

Counselor in Training Program

Counselor in Training Program: Ages 14 and older. What a great way to spend the summer! Our volunteer program will help teens develop their leadership  skills, gain knowledge of childcare and assume responsibility while  having fun at the same time. Anyone interested in this program needs to:

1. Register for Camp

2. Complete a C.I.T Packet

3. Receive approval for program from Assistant Camp Director


All C.I.T.’s and Jr. C.I.T.’s enjoy;

  • Full Club Single Membership
  • Camper Meal Plan
  • Before Care
  • After Care


CIT's (ages 15+) do not pay anything to attend camp.


Jr. CIT's (age 14) pay;

  • Current camp fee if signing up for random weeks
  • $175/week if signing up for a complete Camp Session
  • $150/week if signing up for both Camp Sessions + family weekday pool passes.
